Job Title: Commercial Contracts Solicitor

About the Company: Our client is a multinational professional services company looking for a Legal Counsel / Commercial Lawyer to join their in-house legal department.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate keen to develop and progress skills dealing with high-quality work with prominent organizations and handling large commercial contracts and agreements.

Based in Surrey, this company offers hybrid working and considers candidates looking to work remotely. A competitive salary of £90,000-£120,000 per annum is available for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have:
  1. A UK qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE and a proven track record in their career.
  2. Strong drafting and negotiating skills for high-value complex commercial contracts and agreements.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a commercial outlook to their work.
  4. The ability to balance legal risks with business needs.


In-house experience is desirable but not required. Private practice lawyers looking to move in-house are also considered.
