We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Legal Counsel in Cambridge.
Job Summary:- Salary: ££90,000 - £110,000 per annum
- Job Type: Full-time
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of commercial law and contracts, as well as related areas of statutory compliance, intellectual property, and data privacy.
Responsibilities:- Review and draft commercial contracts, including NDAs, master service agreements, terms and conditions, SOWs, research and development contracts, consulting agreements, technical testing agreements, and procurement contracts.
- Support the business in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-bribery, modern slavery, data protection, and export control.
- Deliver training sessions on compliance issues and other key areas for the business.
- UK qualified solicitor or barrister with 2+ years PQE.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial law and contracts, as well as related areas of statutory compliance, intellectual property, and data privacy.
