About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our insurance brokerage, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their insurance portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and support to a number of Account Executives
  • Service a portfolio of Key Clients with dedication and a high standard of customer service
  • Handle general administration tasks including renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and responding to client queries
  • Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Check and issue documentation to clients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Insurance experience
  • Good understanding of the commercial insurance market
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products
  • Good communication skills, you're confident in dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
  • Ability and flexibility to work as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation skills with insurers
