Eastern England, United Kingdom CHASE Full time

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Vaccination Programme Coordinator to join our team at CHASE. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on vaccination services within Primary Care.

In this role, you will work closely with Primary Care providers to support the identification and recall of patients for Shingles and Pneumococcal vaccinations. Your key focus will be to deliver a standardised approach to improve patient services, including directly contacting patients and inviting them to attend appointments.

You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with Practices, Federations, and ICS organisations. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to quickly form relationships across practice teams will enable you to empower GP Practice staff to develop efficient vaccination programmes for their patients.

Apart from the fulfilling nature of your work, you will also receive an excellent salary, bonus, and benefits package, including car/car allowance, pension, and private healthcare.

As a highly skilled user of clinical systems (EMIS and/or SystmOne), you will be able to identify administrative solutions for effective patient recall, leave searches on practice systems, and ensure systems/frameworks are left in place for automated recall.

Your extensive experience of working within Primary Care GP practices and patient recall processes will allow you to upskill practice staff to recognise the importance of efficient vaccination services to protect the health of the communities they serve.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A current Enhanced DBS and Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent telephone skills, experienced in handling patient calls.
  • Fantastic communicator with the ability to quickly form relationships across practice teams.
  • Experience in handling patient information in line with the 2018 GDPR regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
