Inventory Planning Specialist

About the Job:
The Outside Processing Planner will be responsible for managing and aligning all facets of Supply Chain Outside Processing, including inventory planning, work order prioritization, and contractual commitments. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of contract traceability requirements, reporting, and Oracle systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor outside vendor schedule performance and track plans.
- Perform risk analyses and recommend solutions to reduce production costs and improve processes.
- Manage item attributes in Oracle, including lead times and order modifiers.
- Provide analytical support for projects and engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience working in Purchasing or Planning.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle, and product master data.
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment and maintain safe operations.
Compensation:
- An estimated salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
