Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Advanced Resource Managers as a Resource Planning Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining an accurate view of the resourcing landscape across our portfolio. Your main objective will be to ensure accuracy of planning data based on various data sources.

The role requires collaborating with Service Delivery Managers to capture and track candidate-led demand in the resource planning forecast. You will also utilise the resource plan in SMO planning meetings to ensure central resource planning is accurate with PSA tooling. Additionally, you will work closely with the SMO Resource Analyst to ensure accurate resource planning within PSA tooling.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience with resource planning/analysis. It is essential to ensure compliance with business data protection and information security policies. You must be aware of diversity and inclusion and act in line with our core values. Furthermore, you should foster and promote continuous improvement in systems and processes.
