Executive - Learning Solutions and Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Executive - Learning Solutions and Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our AI learning solutions within the education sector, leveraging your expertise in consultative sales and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to engage with clients and understand their needs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing value-added services and support
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and shape future product developments and marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Education Technology
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience in education technology or corporate training
• Strong capability in consultative sales, strategic account management, and client relationship building
• Technical proficiency in modern sales software, CRM systems, and an understanding of AI applications in learning
