Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Communication Disorders Professional to work within our Flying Start initiative. This exciting opportunity involves delivering high-quality speech and language services to children aged 0-4 years old in designated areas of Cardiff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech pathology, with experience in assessment, intervention, and consultation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's communication abilities
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to address identified needs
  • Foster strong relationships with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous evaluation and improvement of our Flying Start services
