Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Engagement Terms Team as a 3-month FTC opportunity. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, including reviewing client terms of engagement, managing the workload tracker, and maintaining the team's calendar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and advise Partners on client terms of engagement and amendments to A&O Shearman standard terms of engagement.
  • Provide administrative support to the Engagement Terms Team, including managing the workload tracker and maintaining the team's calendar.
  • Assist the Team Lead with research and detail-oriented projects, managing communications across various A&O offices, and maintaining progress trackers.
  • Be flexible in undertaking responsibilities and provide support to the ETT Paralegal team as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a legal administrative role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and IT skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
