Job Title: EYFS Class Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated EYFS Class Teacher to join our team at GSL Education.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced EYFS teacher to lead our preschool team and contribute to the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Children and Families
    • Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
    • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Leading the Preschool Team
    • Lead the preschool team and enable each member of staff to contribute fully.
    • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.
  • Teaching and Learning
    • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
    • Use a variety of teaching methods to capture children's interest and promote learning.
  • Team Working and Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and develop effective teaching strategies.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and learning.
Requirements
  • 1 year of EYFS teaching experience (preferred)
  • 2 years of nursery experience (preferred)
