About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team in Leicestershire. As a key member of our crèche team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality play and learning experiences for young children in a range of settings and venues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging play and learning experiences that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Contribute to the development of a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for all children attending the service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of children at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to exchange information about children's progress and development.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
  • Relevant recent working experience with young children to a high standard.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers.
  • Ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-written reports and correspondence in English.
