About the Role:

Main Responsibilities
  • Support clients with their housing needs and provide ongoing assistance throughout the application process.
  • Conduct thorough home visits and assessments to determine client eligibility for housing assistance.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to allocate housing resources efficiently.
  • Manage accurate records and reports to track client progress and program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field (e.g., social work, sociology, or related discipline).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
