Are you an experienced electrical or mechanical engineer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at G4S Facilities Management.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our shift team in a prestigious building in Cheltenham. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers, coordinating on-site contractors, and ensuring that all planned maintenance tasks are completed within the designated programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with on-site contractors to ensure their work is completed to a high standard and within the designated programme.
- Monitor site operations and utilize BMS systems to optimize service delivery.
- Respond to defects, faults, and client requests, providing excellent customer service and working with others to identify and provide solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Maintain records and produce regular and ad hoc reports as required.
- Undertake auditing, review productivity, drive innovation and quality within service delivery.
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical bias.
- Experience of monitoring/managing BMS systems.
- 5 years experience working in a similar FM service delivery environment.
- IOSH or SMSTS qualification.
- Annual retention bonus of £2,000 (pro-rata for part time employees), subject to maintaining clearance requirements.
