Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our shift team in a prestigious building in Cheltenham. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers, coordinating on-site contractors, and ensuring that all planned maintenance tasks are completed within the designated programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with on-site contractors to ensure their work is completed to a high standard and within the designated programme.
  • Monitor site operations and utilize BMS systems to optimize service delivery.
  • Respond to defects, faults, and client requests, providing excellent customer service and working with others to identify and provide solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Maintain records and produce regular and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Undertake auditing, review productivity, drive innovation and quality within service delivery.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical bias.
  • Experience of monitoring/managing BMS systems.
  • 5 years experience working in a similar FM service delivery environment.
  • IOSH or SMSTS qualification.
