Job Description:

  • Design and deliver engaging and inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group instruction to students with SEND

Requirements:

  • SEN Teacher qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of working with students with SEND
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
