Inclusive Learning Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Inclusive Learning Coach to join our team at The Progress Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive learning environment that empowers students with special educational needs to reach their full potential.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to utilize their expertise in SEN teaching to design and deliver innovative learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized learning plans, ensuring that every student receives the support they require to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of lessons and activities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and share insights with colleagues
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss student needs and plan strategies for success

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
