Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Waterlooville. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
  • Monitor construction budgets and keep track of expenses.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
  • Review and update project costs as the construction work progresses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
