Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled labourer to join our team in Portsmouth. As a key member of the construction team, you will play a crucial role in supporting projects by performing various physical tasks.
You will work closely with supervisors to ensure job sites are prepared, materials are handled efficiently, and safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing manual labour tasks as required.
- Preparing construction sites for new projects.
- Handling materials effectively and safely.
- FOLLOWING SAFETY PROTOCOLS AT ALL TIMES.
- Working independently or collaboratively to achieve project goals.
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role is desirable.
- Able to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn new skills, and adaptability to various tasks.
- Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects as required.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is beneficial.
- Salary: £14.44 per hour (approximately £29,000 per annum).
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
- Location: Portsmouth.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift (8-5).
- Benefits: On-site parking.
