About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Instructor to join our team at NCG. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and assessment in Law and Public Safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and assess students in Law and Public Safety courses at various levels, including Level 4 and 5
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of our students and industry partners
  • Contribute to the development of assessment strategies and evaluation methods
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Provide support and guidance to students, including those with special educational needs

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in Law and Public Safety education
  • Strong teaching and assessment skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students
  • Ability to contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment strategies
