About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Lounge in Abergavenny. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in maintaining high standards across the lounge, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in maintaining high standards across the lounge
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Drive sales growth and increase revenue
  • Manage staff and develop their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control costs and maintain profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

  • Experience in a similar role or in a restaurant, bar, or cafe environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
