We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Operations Manager to join our team at Tate. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shopping centre.

About the Role:

The Centre Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing daily processes, inspections, and checks to ensure the centre is operating at a high standard. This will include ensuring that all necessary remedial works are undertaken in a timely manner and that the centre is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage daily processes, inspections, and checks to ensure the centre is operating at a high standard.
  • Ensure that all necessary remedial works are undertaken in a timely manner.
  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Implement and manage the centre's operational systems and procedures.
  • Ensure that the centre meets all relevant health and safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
  • Co-ordinate all contractor activity and ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard.
  • Manage the centre's budget and ensure that all expenses are kept to a minimum.
  • Implement and manage the centre's security and cleaning systems.
  • Ensure that all staff are properly trained and equipped to carry out their roles.
  • Implement and manage the centre's maintenance and repairs programme.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Centre Operations Manager who has a proven track record of managing complex operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills and will be able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • IOSH qualified.
  • NEBOSH qualified.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Experience of managing a budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
