We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Development Specialist to join our team in Gateshead. As a key member of our R&D department, you will play a crucial role in developing and supporting next-generation Capillary Electrophoresis assays and associated software.
Responsibilities- Project management: Overseeing the development of new projects and ensuring timely completion.
- Technical documentation: Preparing detailed technical documentation to meet strict regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving product or software performance issues.
You will work closely with our Senior R&D Scientist and Software Department to implement processes and maintain CE Product Technical Files. A strong understanding of laboratory practices, regulations, and industry standards is essential.
What You'll Need- B.Sc. or equivalent in Life Sciences or Chemistry.
- Minimum 2-3 years post-graduate laboratory/R&D experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
