Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage High-Performing Teams: Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, leading and managing the sales, marketing, and solutions teams to drive exceptional revenue growth.
- Develop and Implement Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue generation strategy aligned with overall business goals, setting ambitious and achievable sales targets and quotas.
- Oversee Sales Pipeline and Lead Qualification: Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient lead qualification and conversion processes, driving marketing initiatives that generate high-quality leads.
- Drive Marketing Initiatives and Solutions Implementation: Drive marketing initiatives that effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences, managing the solutions team to ensure successful solution implementation and maximise customer satisfaction.
- Analyse Market Trends and Identify New Opportunities: Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base, fostering strong relationships with key partners and direct/indirect accounts.
- Develop and Maintain Revenue Technology Stack: Develop and maintain a robust revenue technology stack to optimise performance across all revenue-generating functions, regularly reviewing and refining sales, marketing, and solutions processes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Leadership Team: Collaborate with the leadership team to create a customer-centric culture and deliver a superior customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record of Success: Proven track record of success in leading and growing revenue-generating teams in a B2B environment.
- Senior Leadership Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a CRO, VP of Sales, or VP of Marketing.
- Deep Understanding of Sales Cycle and Technology: Deep understanding of the sales cycle, technology advances using AI, marketing automation, and solutions implementation processes.
- Advanced Technical Experience: Advanced technical experience with Salesforce and similar business productivity tools.
- Business Degree or Equivalent Experience: Business Degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
