Parking Centre Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parking Centre Administrator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review CCTV images of vehicles parked in violation of local site rules.
  • Validate Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and ensure compliance with approved user and exemption lists.
  • Undertake checks on vehicle ownership through the DVLA.
  • Create and post statutory notice letters to members of the public.
  • Coordinate first-line appeals and debt recovery.
  • Scan inbound post from members of the public.
  • Interpret enabling legal code of practice.
  • Manage complaints and ensure processes are working correctly.
  • Monitor payment status of PCNs and complete payment management actions.
  • Utilize software programs such as Parkway and FGL.
Requirements:
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a clerical setting.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new subjects and absorb new information.
  • Eagerness to acquire new knowledge of computer systems.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change with minimum direction.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £23,795.20 per annum.
  • 40 hours per week, with a working pattern of Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month.
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum, rising to 6.6 weeks with long service.
