As a key member of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the shift technicians, overseeing the smooth running of the site, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00. You will be responsible for planning and allocating tasks for the 24/7 engineering team, including planned maintenance and reactive work. You will also oversee team productivity, conduct quality checks, and manage performance through Personal Development Plans.

Key Requirements:
* Ability to lead a team of shift technicians and manage site operations
* Strong technical knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance
* Experience in developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

What We Offer:
