Remy Cointreau is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Revenue Growth department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth across the UK business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a strong background in FMCG commercial experience to take on a leadership role within our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand and NPD growth strategies in retail, driving profitable revenue and margin growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of FMCG commercial experience, with expertise in Revenue Growth Management, Customer Management, Brand Management, Category/Insight, and Commercial Finance functions. You will have experience managing complex projects and transformational change experiences, as well as experience of cross-functional project management including Customer, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
