Customer Service Manager

Hudson Shribman is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and account managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the Account Manager
  • Ensure that logs are maintained by established processes, including Quote log and NPI logs
  • Background in customer service, business development, and/or customer account management roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Quote sign-off
  • Margin monitoring
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus the ability to learn new systems
Requirements:
  • Electronics experience (Distribution or Manufacturing)
  • Previous electronics manufacturing industry experience
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient computer skills
Remuneration and Hours:

£30,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Monday - Thursday: 08:00 am - 16:30 pm, Friday: 08:00 am - 13:00 pm
