Job Title: Support Professional for Special Needs

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support students in our Alternative Learning Needs (ALN) department at Educators Wales. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the ALN Coordinator to provide support to students in class or in small groups, focusing on literacy and numeracy skills, social communication, and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to students with special needs in a classroom setting.
  • Work closely with the ALN Coordinator to develop and implement individualized plans for students.
  • Assist with preparing lesson materials and resources for teachers.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
