We're seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team at the Royal Oak, a historic 16th-century pub in Prestbury, just outside Cheltenham. This charming pub boasts traditional charm, original features, and a cozy atmosphere, with delicious seasonal pub food and award-winning craft beer and real ale.

As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll have the opportunity to work with our executive chef team and head chefs to develop your skills and knowledge. You'll be part of a diverse, eclectic company that values collaboration and autonomy, with a focus on menu development and specials.
