The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier support to Business Development Managers (BDMs) and their professional clients across the UK, contributing to the team's consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with BDMs and clients
  • Communicating effectively with clients via email and phone to ensure efficient information exchange
  • Collaborating closely with the Wholesale team to meet distribution targets for a variety of investment products
  • Managing external client inquiries, primarily from wealth management and advisory firms
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape and the diverse products offered, including Fixed Income and Multi-Asset

Requirements:

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven professionalism and competence in client interactions
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to taking ownership of responsibilities
  • IMC qualification or a commitment to complete and pass the IMC within 6 months of joining
