Are you looking for a challenging role that involves developing and delivering training courses? CV-Library has partnered with an international defence client to find an Early Careers Skills Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Mandated Training Courses to Part 145, Part M and Support Staff in the UK and overseas.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Mandatory Training, such as Human Factors and Safety Management Systems, and a Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent. They will also need to have a good understanding of the regulations applicable to Part 145 and Part M organisations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering training courses to staff in the UK and overseas
  • Promoting the use of feedback to improve training content and delivery
  • Supporting, training and guiding learners to develop their personal and professional skills

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
