Instrumentation and Control Expert

We are seeking an Instrumentation and Control Expert to join our team at Lonza. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's control and monitoring systems, acting as an SME for new projects, and planning and coordinating responses to breakdowns within the GMP Manufacturing Facility and Laboratories.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure that tasks are conducted and records are maintained at a level that meets GMP, regulatory, and quality requirements.
- Maintain configuration control of current PLC/DCS source code.
- Work on improvement projects with external vendors and contractors, including assessments and reporting activities adhering to deadlines.
This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will work closely with equipment vendors and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve startup issues, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
