Maintenance Works Planner

We are seeking a highly organized Maintenance Works Scheduler to join our team at CMS - Recruitment. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Contracts Manager and a friendly team of field-based engineers to plan and coordinate domestic boiler repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance for clients across the south and west of England.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with field-based engineers via phone and email communications to ensure efficient scheduling and timely completion of tasks.
- Arrange service and repair appointments directly with customers and client representatives, utilizing state-of-the-art planning software to schedule these appointments with the appropriate engineer.
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience by providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of basic Microsoft packages, including Excel and MS Teams, to effectively manage and analyze data.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work under own initiative in a busy office environment as part of a team.
- Able to work one Saturday per month at overtime rates.
Salary: £8,500 per annum (pro rata)
Location: South and West of England
Job Type: Full-time
Estimated Salary Range: £19,000 - £22,000 per annum
