About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in COS Edinburgh. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Assist customers with product information, styling, and fitting, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
