About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Advisor to join our team at & Other Stories in Edinburgh. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise to drive sales and create a personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Be aware of store goals and sales figures, and familiar with applicable procedures and guidelines
  • Work closely with garments to maintain high standards and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Assist with receiving and processing deliveries
  • Contribute to preparing seasonal sales and campaigns
  • Follow store routines, policies, and guidelines to prevent loss and ensure safety
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion, styling, and customer service. You will be a strong communicator, able to work well under pressure, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential. We offer a competitive salary, 25% staff discount, and opportunities for growth and development.
