Digital Payment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Payment Specialist to support the various payment activities of our team in a target-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of managing improvement projects and processing high-volume activity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Network Rail policies and procedures are being followed to mitigate fraud and maintain good financial control
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure compliance to HMRC/tax regulations
- Acting as a second-line support contact for query management
- Building knowledge and understanding within the team of the processes undertaken and ensuring each one is documented and kept updated
- Challenging current processes to help reduce waste and supporting root cause analysis to help reduce errors and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of managing improvement projects and processing high-volume activity
- Proven influencing, networking, and stakeholder management skills at senior management level
- Occupational knowledge of subject areas, particularly the Construction Industry Tax scheme
- ORACLE eBusiness Suite or Horizon experience
