About the Role

As a Digital Talent Development Specialist at the Department of Work & Pensions - Digital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital talent within the organization.

This exciting opportunity allows you to design and deliver impactful talent initiatives that drive business outcomes and foster a culture of growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top digital talent, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other developmental initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of digital talent.
  • BUILD strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a capability-build environment, with significant expertise in setting up and running people initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in reviewing work and initiatives, making improvements based on data, insight, and feedback.
  • Able to plan effectively and set up projects, understanding governance protocols, analyzing data, activity, and performance against targets.
