Lead Worker

The successful candidate will join our dynamic Move On team at the Homeless Assessment Hub in central London. As a Lead Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to vulnerable individuals.
Job Summary:
- Deliver frontline services to homeless clients, including assessment, support, and accommodation placement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members to maintain high performance standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service effectiveness and achieve performance targets.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to secure funding and resources.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting to senior managers.
- Cultivate a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in social care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary: £20,500 per annum (including holiday pay).
