We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Support Worker Lead to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a Mental Health Support Worker Lead, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health services to children and young people.

The successful candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field such as health and social care, and significant experience working with vulnerable populations. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of mental health services, providing education and support to families and carers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and employee assistance programs.
