Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Analyst - Strategy & Performance to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our strategy, decarbonisation, operational, and commercial managers to improve systems that support Tarmac's sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and objectives aligned with Tarmac's business goals.
  • Compile and report sustainability performance data to ensure compliance with internal and external schemes.
  • Develop and maintain sustainability reporting dashboards and data visualisation tools for performance communication.
  • Support internal and external verification and audit of sustainability performance data.
  • Deliver internal and external sustainability reporting for multiple stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs to improve compliance with sustainability standards.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge and experience of sustainability and environmental management systems.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with a high level of analytical ability and data analysis software proficiency.
  • Ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop relationships and networks.
  • Flexible and keen to take on and learn new tasks and skills.
  • Customer-focused and able to work autonomously.
