Engineering Inventory Manager

This role involves leading and developing digital management processes, reports on food and drink inventory management, internal performance reports, asset management risk plans, contributing to internal and external audits, getting involved in technical performance reviews, liaising with external suppliers, and collaborating with other functions and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement projects, responding to breakdowns of food/drink packaging assets, managing/conducting inventory interrogation to support reactive requests, and developing corrective actions.
We are looking for someone with experience within an FMCG environment, knowledge of engineering maintenance strategies, utility systems, and mechanical principals, safety, and control circuits. Ideally, you will have an engineering qualification (Level 2 or above), IOSH Managing Safely (desirable), application of Safety, Health, and Environmental legislation and procedures, IT, communication, teamwork, supervisory, and management skills. Additionally, we require experience in spare parts management, budgetary controls, decision-making, negotiation, planning works, and writing reports. Knowledge of CMMS and risk management is also essential.

Our salary package includes £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a highly competitive reward package that reflects our commitment to providing a safe and rewarding environment for our employees.
