Nurse Position in Mental Health Setting

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to join our team at a reputable hospital in the Hale, Manchester area.
The hospital is known for providing high-quality care and a range of clinical services, including residential facilities, day care, and outpatient services.
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
As a Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and reviewing care plans in collaboration with patients
- Creating positive risk management plans within an evidence-based framework
- Contributing to pre-admission assessments of referred patients
- Adhering to the NMC code of professional conduct at all times
- Maintaining health, safety, and security standards in accordance with legislative requirements and local policy
- Working effectively as a team member
- Supporting the development of others within the team and acting as an associate mentor for students and newly qualified nurses
Desirable skills and experience for this role include:
- At least 6 months of post-registration experience
- Recent experience working in a mental health setting
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive and can-do attitude
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £32,292 - £35,596 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including:
