**Business Development Opportunity:**

Join our team as a Network Growth and Strategy Leader and drive business growth by developing strong relationships with Network Members, Insurers, and colleagues. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering value to Network Members, building trusted partnerships, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Network Members, Insurers, and colleagues.
  • Deliver value to Network Members through tailored solutions and trusted partnerships.
  • Manage multiple relationships and deliver placement solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
  • Develop and implement business plans, analyzing data and situations to provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, wellbeing, and career development within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Estimated Salary:** $125,000 per year
