Business Development Manager

As a Territory Sales Consultant with Antony James Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work on generating new business and introducing apprenticeship programs in Berkshire and Hampshire. This role involves working fully remotely Monday to Friday, with a focus on meeting enrolment goals. Your responsibilities will include generating new business leads, setting up meetings and presentations, tracking new business opportunities, developing client relationships, achieving new business targets, and collecting and sharing client feedback.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in Business Development/Sales
- Lead generation experience
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Self-driven with natural initiative
- Familiarity with further education and apprenticeship sector (preferred)
