You will be responsible for shaping and implementing a comprehensive strategy for Toys & Games, expanding our brand's footprint through effective account management and identifying commercial opportunities.

  • Take charge of financial forecasting and revenue tracking to support Paramount's financial targets.
  • Oversee the negotiation and execution of licensing agreements, ensuring all rights are in place before deals are finalized.
  • Partner with creative teams and licensees to deliver products that align with our brand vision.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with licensees by providing them with brand insights, strategic updates, and marketing support.
  • Collaborate with the UK Consumer Products team and global partners, fostering a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and excellence.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need a commercially driven professional with strong negotiation and financial skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and a passion for creative problem-solving.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience.
