Job Title: Alliance Performance Coordinator

Reports to: Alliance Manager

Salary: £28,500 to £32,800 per annum, depending on skills and experience

Location: Durham

About the Role:

The Alliance Performance Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Durham Mental Wellbeing Alliances to build resilience and support people to thrive.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of seven providers, including Creative Support, Home Group, If U Care Share, Mental Health Matters, Richmond Fellowship, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of alliance performance and development strategies
  • Collaborate with alliance partners to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Monitor and report on alliance performance metrics
