About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Post Office Courier to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Manage and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in the workplace

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
