About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at The Closers Club, a leading powerhouse within Automotive marketplaces.

As an experienced Dealer Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 120 dealerships and growing their accounts.

Your primary goal will be to smash renewal, retention, and KPI targets while working in a structured call cycle. With a background in SaaS, marketplaces, or online advertising, you will use data-driven insights to drive retention and sales, become the trusted expert for your clients, and help them make the most of cutting-edge tools and solutions.

About You:
  • 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager
  • A knack for using data to showcase value
  • Passion for renewals, growth, and hitting targets

Salary: £52,000 per annum + uncapped commission, with a unique opportunity to work from home for three days a week and contribute to the company's success. Our stats impress: 15M+ unique visitors every month and 300,000+ vehicles listed.
