Supporting Student Learning Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Supporting Student Learning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing Individual Education Plans for students with SEN in collaboration with teaching staff.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects.
- Contributing to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of £130 - £165 per day.
Qualifications and Experience:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with SEN in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
