Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team in Cambridge, supporting Chartered Financial Planners with client relationships and financial planning. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a dynamic office environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Chartered Financial Planners, assisting with client interactions, data collection, and financial plan development. The role involves collaborative work with our planners to create comprehensive financial strategies tailored to clients' needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collect and collate information about clients in accordance with 'know your client' principles and firm policies.
  • Work closely with Chartered Financial Planners to develop comprehensive financial plans and strategies.
  • Conduct research, including calculations on income tax, IHT, Capital Gains Tax, Lifetime Allowance, Pension Annual Allowance, Carry Forward, and Chargeable Gains.
  • Utilize planning and organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and responsibilities.
  • Experience with CURO back-office system.
Requirements
  • CII Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Completion of all training prescribed by the firm within given timescales.
  • Adherence to compliance requirements and procedures as guided by Risk Management and the FCA regulator.
What We Offer

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
