Benefit Cosmetics UK is a leading luxury beauty brand that values laughter and hard work. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Brow & Beauty Expert - London Mobile (Full-time).

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Brow & Beauty Expert to deliver exceptional service to our customers. As a mobile role, you'll be working across various locations, providing brow treatments, makeovers, and sales expertise. If you're a sales professional with a minimum of 2 years experience and a passion for beauty, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Goals - Achieve individual sales targets by making connections with customers, demonstrating products, and booking repeat appointments.
  • Brow Services - Provide expert brow treatments, including waxing, tinting, and tweezing, to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
  • Teamwork - Collaborate with the team to ensure all counter and business needs are met.
  • Promotions and Special Events - Support in-store and external events, including new product releases and charity events.
  • Administration - Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with counter manager administration as needed.
  • Hygiene and Housekeeping - Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and display area at all times.
  • Travel - Travel to various locations, including London, Heathrow Airport, and Bicester Village, with all travel costs covered.

Requirements

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with a minimum of 2 years sales experience. You'll need to be confident in making connections with customers, passionate about brow styling, and determined to win repeat business. Full flexibility on days available to work is required.
